I run what I write about.
CEO & Founder, Austin Sizemore Companies. Atlanta and Chattanooga. Real estate, run like it should be.
The journeyThe operator’s account
Stewardship, not showmanship.
Real success is measured not only by performance, but by the lives and careers elevated along the way.— The measure that matters
I spent nearly three decades in Chattanooga before Atlanta called — long enough to get licensed with nothing but appetite, built a sales team from scratch, then merged it into something larger on my way to Atlanta. What that road taught me: leadership is mostly stewardship. Align the people, the systems, and the vision, and careers get built that outlast any market.
Today I’m CEO & Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta — 260 agents and one of the region’s largest market centers — with the Chattanooga team still producing and Partnered Network on the way. The job is the same everywhere: develop leaders, strengthen culture, design systems that scale without eating the people running them. The most impactful leadership isn’t loud. It’s consistent.

I write down what running them teaches.
One idea a week, from inside the businesses — not a content calendar.
