What this covers

This policy describes how Austin Sizemore Companies (“we,” “us”) handles information collected on austinsizemore.com. It applies to this site only — the consumer real estate experience linked from this site lives on a separate domain with its own policies.

What we collect

Information you submit through forms: your name, email, phone, market, the message you write, and the role or interest you select. Alongside a submission we record standard context — the page you submitted from, referral source, campaign parameters, and the version of the consent language you agreed to — so we know which conversation you're starting and can prove what you opted into.

Newsletter signups: your email address.

Analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting usage measurement (page views, general performance). We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or sell advertising.

How we use it

To respond to you and route your inquiry to the right conversation — recruiting, careers, advisory, or the Partnered Network waitlist — and to send the newsletter you asked for. That's it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Communications consent (calls, texts, and email)

When you submit a form that collects your phone number and check the consent box, you give Austin Sizemore Companies your prior express written consent to contact you at that number by phone call and text message about your inquiry — including through automated technology and prerecorded or artificial-voice messages. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any property, goods, or services.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect other communications you've requested.

When you subscribe to the Field Notes newsletter or the Partnered Network waitlist, you consent to receive those emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

You can revoke any consent at any time — reply STOP to a text, use an unsubscribe link, or email austin@austinsizemore.com and tell us how you'd prefer to be contacted, including not at all. We keep a record of what you consented to and when, and we honor revocations promptly.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in the business systems we use to operate — hosting, email delivery, and internal records. Service providers process this data on our behalf under their own security obligations and only to provide their service to us.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions as long as they're useful for the purpose you sent them. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue.

To access, correct, or delete information you've shared, email austin@austinsizemore.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is directed at working professionals and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update is posted here with a new effective date.
