Work with me

I work with a small number of operators directly.

Not a course. Not a mastermind. Advisory for team leaders and business owners who want a second set of operator eyes on their growth — by application, and I don’t take everyone.

How it works

Three steps. No funnel theatrics.

  1. No. 1

    Apply

Five questions about your business and the constraint you're up against. Takes ten minutes if you know your numbers.

  2. No. 2

    Fit call

If the application shows a fit, we talk. I'm assessing whether I can genuinely move your business — you're assessing me.

  3. No. 3

    Engagement

Scoped to your situation. Direct access, operator-to-operator, focused on the constraint — not a curriculum.

Straight answers

What people ask before applying.

Is this coaching?

Call it what you want — I call it advisory. The distinction matters to me: coaches sell curriculum at scale; I work with a handful of operators on their specific business, with skin in the game on the outcome. If you're looking for a 12-module program, this isn't it.

Who is it for?

Team leaders and real estate business owners with real production and a real constraint — growth that's stalled, margins that shrink as volume grows, or an operation that can't run without them. If you're pre-production, Field Notes is free and it's where I'd start.

What do you work on?

The one constraint holding your business back, scoped to your situation.

What does it cost?

$1,500/month: four 30-minute coaching calls over Zoom, with a three-month commitment. Operator-to-operator, focused on your actual constraint — not a curriculum.

Why an application?

Because my calendar is the scarcest asset in my portfolio, and because the work only produces results when the fit is right. The application protects your time as much as mine.

The application

Five questions. Ten minutes.

Know your numbers before you start — the application is short because it’s specific.
