What this site is

This site presents the work of Austin Sizemore — the market center he leads, the sales team, Partnered Network, Field Notes, and advisory — and routes conversations to the right place. It does not provide real estate brokerage services to consumers; buying and selling is handled on a separate consumer site linked from here.

Not professional advice

Field Notes essays and everything else published here are general information and opinion drawn from operating real businesses. They are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and reading them does not create a client or advisory relationship. Decisions about your business are yours.

Your submissions

When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share — in particular, that any phone number you provide is your own. Submitting an application or inquiry does not by itself create an employment, agency, partnership, or client relationship.

Communications and consent

Forms on this site that collect a phone number include a consent checkbox. By checking it and submitting, you give Austin Sizemore Companies your prior express written consent to contact you at the number you provided by phone call and text message about your inquiry — including through automated technology, autodialed messages, and prerecorded or artificial-voice messages — and by email.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any property, goods, or services from us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You can revoke consent at any time — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email austin@austinsizemore.com. The full text-messaging program terms are in the Privacy Policy.

Terms of Sale

The shop sells digital products — Field Manuals and Field Guides — published by Austin Sizemore Companies. Each one is a file, delivered by a download link sent to the email address you give at checkout. Nothing ships, and there is nothing to send back.

Prices are stated in US dollars. The price shown on the product page is the total charged at checkout, less any promotion code you apply. A Field Guide offered at no charge is delivered the same way, in exchange for your email address.

All sales are final. The product is a file, and it is yours the moment it is delivered, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

What we offer instead is a re-delivery guarantee. If your link has expired, was lost, or never arrived, the form on the shop page sends a fresh one to the address you purchased with — as many times as you need, for as long as the product is sold. If the form does not solve it, email austin@austinsizemore.com and it will be handled directly.

Delivery works like this: when payment clears, the download link is emailed to you. Each link is good for thirty days from the moment it was sent; after that it stops working, and a new one is a form away. Download the file to your own drive rather than relying on the link. The file is licensed for use in your own business and may not be resold or redistributed.

We sell to buyers in the United States and Canada only. Checkout is not available elsewhere.

Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Your card details never touch our servers. What we keep about a purchase, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Sale are part of these terms, and the governing law stated below applies to them.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — writing, design, photography, and marks — belongs to Austin Sizemore Companies or its licensors. You may share and quote it with attribution; you may not republish it commercially without permission.

Third-party links

The site links out to third-party services and profiles. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Austin Sizemore Companies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

If these terms change, the update is posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
